SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

At Annagramma our goal is to process your order as fast as possible while guaranteeing reasonable shipping costs and reliable shipping methods around the world.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has come through correctly, the order preparation will begin.

Our order preparation and delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging: between 24 and 48 hours. You will receive an email confirming your order in this time frame.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our storage to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–20 business days, depending on the country.

Spain: we apply a fee between 5 euros and 10 euros, depending on the weight of the package. All orders above 150 euros have FREE shipping.

Rest of Europe: we apply a fee between 10 euros  and 15 euros, depending on the weight of the package. All orders above 150 euros have FREE shipping.

Rest of the world: we apply a fee between 15 and 20 euros, depending on the weight of the package. All orders above 150 euros have FREE shipping.

All orders come with a tracking number.
